Mr. Shekhar Kunte started voice culture course in 1997. Over a period of 7 years, his methods were tested and refined by teaching several people. His students involved people from different strata tradesmen to attorneys, from businessmen to professional singers, drama actors, radio voice artists, and many others. Many who had been regarded as hopeless by their teachers, turned out to have astonishing results.

All the methods used are scientific. It involves the scientific elimination of bad vocal habits, and their substitution with correct vocal habits. There's nothing miraculous involved in the course but only proper training & guidance given by Mr. Kunte with his scientific principle & methods. For last seven years, Mr. kunte also conducting free seminars on personality development, goal setting & so on.

Apart from the course Mr. Shekhar Kunte also conducting meditation programmes for Indian Custom, Excise & Narcotics departments. He is also taking voice culture training in Rambhau Mhlagi Probhodini. Also coducting personality development programmes in various reputed colleges.
